Drawing Challenge Day 1: Faces

CoolCoolSkies proposed a One Month Drawing Challenge that I'm gonna try too. Week one is "faces," i.e. my greatest nemesis. I can't recall what real faces look like at all. I try to hide it with dramatic posing, masks, flaring capes, you name it. For whatever reason, the more a face looks like a face, the less sense it makes to me. So I usually just draw one eye and half a nose, and call it a day. Lips especially give me trouble.

IRL I recognize people by their voice and the way they walk... But BAH! No more excuses. I just need to practice more. This is my lady Xelor Elle Rey, unmasked! I really like how she looks without bandages and and armor lol, but I basically never draw her that way. This challenge was a good excuse!
